Best Personnel

You are eligible if you have been employed for 12 months and have worked at least 1560 hours during the past 12 months. You are eligible to join the first day of the month following 12 months of full time employment status with Best Personnel (i.e. 30 hours per week for the past 52 weeks).

The health insurance is through Independence Blue Cross (aka Keystone Health Plan East). There insurance is called the HMO Bronze plan. Primary care doctors visits, specialist visits, telemedicine, therapy, diagnostic/lab services, and generic RX's are accessible before the deductible is met. All other services require the $8500 deductible to be met. Please refer to the benefit summary for more details about what it covers.

You would apply for individual health insurance coverage via our administrator, Diversified Human Solutions. Then you would pay 9.12% of your previous year’s annual income (as reported in box 1 of your W2 from Best Personnel) or your estimated future wages based on pay scale, towards the cost of the insurance, prorated on a monthly basis. Best Personnel’s ICHRA would cover any remainder after your contribution towards the insurance. You can waive and choose not to participate in the ICHRA.

2. You must provide proof of payment to our administrator (they will contact you after you enroll).

c. You may also email proof of payment to the administrator.
3. Once proof of payment has been received and confirmed, you will be issued a reimbursement for some of the premium. This compensation should NOT be taxed for Social Security, Medicare, or Federal Income Taxes and enjoys IRC 125 taxation status.
4. YOU MUST REPEAT THIS PROCESS EVERY MONTH.
