Am I Eligible & How Do I Enroll?
You are eligible to enroll into the health insurance on the first of the month following your date of hire IF you work full time (40 hours per week).

What is the Health Insurance?
The health insurance is through United Healthcare and there are 2 plan options with different networks. The "Select Plus" PPO plan has the LARGEST network but is the most expensive. The "Core" network which is still large and should be adequate for most people / geographical areas, and costs less than the Select Plus.
USE THE "FIND A DOCTOR" button above to search the network. For the WHAT PLAN ARE YOU LOOKING FOR page, choose "Select Plus" or "Core".
There is also dental & vision insurance available with United Healthcare. The dental insurance & vision insurance are both PPO's and easy to use.
The health insurance requires a deductible be met for less common services. Doctor visits, prescription drugs, & urgent care visits are covered BEFORE the deductible met and is only a copay. Higher cost but less frequent events such as hospitalizations, MRI, and outpatient surgeries require the deductible be met before the insurance covers some of the costs. These items have an asterisk on the Benefit Summary (Category Below).
For the Core & Select Plus plans, PLEASE REMEMBER TO ENROLL INTO THE CARE CASH / UHC Rewards PROGRAM! It's free money that can be used to pay for medical expenses.
