JQ Staffing is providing full time, non-associate, office staff with new health insurance through Independence Blue Cross! This is solid health insurance with a strong network and "first dollar coverage" for most common procedures. Please review this website then click "Make Benefits Election" to either choose a plan or waive coverage for the year.

What is the Health Insurance?
How to Shop for Health Insurance
If you are a non-associate full time employee, you are eligible to enroll into the health insurance after 60 days of full time employment (40 hours per week). JQ Staffing will pay the greater of $300 per month towards your insurance, OR any amounts in excess of 8.39% of your yearly salary to meet ACA affordability regulations (this is rare). You will be responsible for paying any smoker surcharges.
The health insurance is through Independence Blue Cross (aka Keystone Health Plan East) and is called the HMO Bronze. NOTE: we MAY be able to add a different plan for you if the HMO Bronze is not to your liking, just ask.
The HMO Bronze plan covers doctors, specialists, urgent care facilities, some therapy services, lab-work, and diagnostic testing before the deductible.
