Diversified Human Solutions (Matthew Tae) is here to help with back office HR functions like employee benefits and general compliance. Your employer partnered with us to help manage their employee benefit programs. Think of us as an extension of your HR department, who can help with benefits related questions and the taxes/money around those decisions. Am I Eligible & How Do I Enroll?
You are eligible to enroll into health insurance after 3 months of continuous full time employment (at least 30 hours per week).
To Enroll, click "Make Benefits Election".

1 year = 25% of Gold plan
2 years = 50% of gold plan
3 years = 75% of gold plan
4 years+ = 100% of gold plan

- DYYA Gold: Navigate Network
- Requires you to choose a primary care doctor who you'll get referrals from.
- Most procedures are a fixed copay. There is a small deductible for some procedures as well.
- Tiered network with lower copays for using the "Designated Network"
- Excellent coverage as long as you stay in-network
- Careful with outpatient surgeries and emergency hospital visits. Those are the most expensive items.
- DYXT Platinum: Choice Plus Network
- PPO plan that does not require a primary doctor or referrals
- Some out of network protection
- Very low copays and low out of pocket maximum

Our dental insurance is exceptional! It effectively eliminates network restrictions by reimbursing out-of-network visits at in-network copay and coinsurance rates in almost all cases. However, we encourage using in-network providers whenever possible, as higher in-network usage helps secure better renewal rates for the future.
