New York State Health Insurance Marketplace

Please refer to the New York Marketplace (or your state exchange) for available health insurance options. You are NOT eligible for health insurance subsidies and / or tax credits at any time IF you are eligible for the Mintt Management ICHRA. Your family members may still be eligible for tax credits / subsidies. Please consult a tax professional for your particular situation.

You would apply for individual health insurance coverage via our administrator, Diversified Human Solutions. Your cost share is 9.96% of your annual income (as reported in box 1 of your W2, or prior 12 month average rate of pay) prorated on a monthly basis. Mintt Management's ICHRA would cover any remainder after your cost for the LOWEST COST BRONZE PLAN in your geographical area. You can waive and choose not to participate in the ICHRA. Dependents / family members are NOT eligible for the HRA.

If you enroll in a plan other than a Bronze plan, the Mintt Management subsidy will still be based on the price of the lowest-cost Bronze plan in your area.
