The health insurance is through Independence Blue Cross (aka Keystone Health Plan East). There are 3 insurance options, the HMO Platinum 20, PPO Silver H.S.A. 4400, and the PPO Bronze H.S.A.

• The HMO Platinum
  • Requires you to choose a primary care doctor who you'll get referrals from.
  • Medical procedures must be done in the Philadelphia area and you'll pay a fixed co-pay for most procedures.
  • The copays are very low with this plan.
  • Viridian will contribute up to $600 per month for the HMO Platinum
• The PPO Silver H.S.A. 4400
  • Covers nothing before the $4400 deductible ($8800 with dependents) (in-network).
  • After that, all medically necessary procedures are covered in full. Some things like RX still have a co-pay.
  • You do not require a primary doctor and can go to any "Blue Cross" provider anywhere in the country.
  • You can also open a health savings account..
  • Viridian will contribute up to $500 per month for the PPO Silver. Additionally, Viridian will contribute up to $1200 into your H.S.A. account (you will need to open one up before funds are deposited).
• The PPO Bronze H.S.A.
  • Has the lowest monthly premium and has the same network as the PPO Silver H.S.A. plan.
  • However in most practical circumstances, you will pay for all medical costs up to the out of pocket maximum.
  • Viridian will contribute up to $500 per month for the PPO Bronze. Additionally, Viridian will contribute up to $1200 into your H.S.A. account (you will need to open one up before funds are deposited).

NOTE: H.S.A. eligible Bronze & Silver Plans recieve a $1200 deposit from Viridian into your account. Here's a guide HOW TO OPEN A HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT.

You are eligible to enroll into the 401K plan after 1 year of employment with 1000 hours of service during the previous year.

The plan is a "Pooled Employer Plan" sponsored by Fellow Travelers. The 401K plan is "shared" by many companies to keep costs & fees low.

You will automatically be enrolled (into a target date fund) if you are eligible with a 3% salary deferral if you do not make an election. This election will INCREASE by 1% each year unless you make an election. If you have already made an election, that will be salary deferral unless a new election is received.

The company will match the first 4% of your 401K salary deferrals, dollar for dollar.

Our dental insurance is exceptional! It effectively eliminates network restrictions by reimbursing out-of-network visits at in-network copay and coinsurance rates in almost all cases. However, we encourage using in-network providers whenever possible, as higher in-network usage helps secure better renewal rates for the future.

Our insurance is provided through Humana and offers excellent benefits. The vision insurance is especially valuable for those who regularly use glasses or contacts. The pre-tax premiums are likely lower than your annual vision care expenses.

This vision insurance can be used on top of the vision benefits with the health insurance. You can be double reimbursed for the same contacts / lenses. You should use the Humana insurance first, then request the reimbursement from health insurance vision coverage after.

Our Disability Insurance is guaranteed issue (for new companies / employees)! You cannot be turned down because of pre-existing conditions.
